Introducing Twelve Pigs Charcuterie! Our 2nd #CraftColab crafter – Owner Charles Joubert hopes to bring age-old traditions back to life. Joubert was inspired by CBC Lager which he used as a key ingredient to create a delicious Cured Lager Sausage. The only machine that I work with is my mincer, ‘Big Bob’.” For Jourbert, being a true craftsman simply means loving what you make or do.
